Congratulations to our tattoo winners! All monies go to pay Shandi’s attorney. Thanks so much to everyone who participated. We are thinking of more ways to say thanks to our supporters - coming soon! Very soon!

Also,I (Doc) went to court May 2 and got another postponement till June 18th in American Fork. I told my atty. that I wanted a complete withdrawal of the charges, a clean record and a formal apology. He told me it might be hard to get the formal apology. Since in Utah, most people are not sorry for hurting people, they are only sorry for getting caught hurting people.

Anyway, I am confident that American Fork will soon notice how utterly and irredeemably stupid they have been. Since they nearly never admit to error, it is likely they will just get more stupid. Oh well.

It looks like the County has finally read their own investigation on Shandi’s 4 2nd degree felony charges and realized they have no case. Perhaps they even noticed that Shandi was supporting the interests of the offended parent and the community at large and that it is the snot nosed kids and their snot nosed parents that are the problem and a blight on our community while people like Shandi are an invaluable and undeserved asset they should praise God to have the association of.

Anyway, it now seems that instead of threatening her with the death sentence (no really, just 20 years in prison and at least 50 Thousand Dollars in fines) they are leaning toward completely withdrawing the complaint against her.

Of course we still have to pay off the $4,000 attorney, speaking of which, I want to thank the 98 people who entered the tattoo raffle. It raised $490 toward attorney fees. We still have about 4 payments of $500 each to come up with so please feel free to help and/or participate in upcoming fund raising events.

We are trying to work on having Sunday meetings (with a drum circle) in the AF Library Park or at the park on 3rd east just north of State (around the corner from the studio). We will be sure to publish the details but we are planning on starting in a week or two and continuing through the summer.

Today was a great day in the studio. We got to see a lot of our old friends and make several new ones.
