Messages From Hell

Shandi’s court date - still the arraignment (!!!) has been moved to May 27, at 2pm in Provo.

We are expecting all charges to be dismissed at that hearing.

My next court date is June 18 in American Fork @ 9:30am.

I am also expecting for all charges to be dismissed.  (or maybe they’ll shoot me)

We still have to finish paying Shandi’s atty. no matter what the outcome is and would surely be grateful for any assistance that any of you feel to offer.

I’ve been advised that since the charges are being withdrawn, that it is unlikely that I would be able to sue to reclaim costs or for damages, so it’s kind of all on us.

I’m so glad I qualified for a free atty. and got a good one at that (I think).

I’ll repost court dates a couple days before they happen.
